I hope, miha will improve the vic emulation in version 1.2

have tested some things on version 1.1b (I think), and found some thing,
which are different to the original c64.

the bad line has 20 cycles (on c64) and not 21 (like on c64s)

the totals amount of cycles/frame is 19656 without badlines and 18581 with
badlines

the position, where the vic desides if the upper/lower border ends is
only in rasterline 50 and not in every rasterline.

the position, where the vic desides if the upper/lower border starts is
only in rasterline 250 and not in every rasterline.

so you can set the screen with $D011 to border in the middle of the screen.

and in rasterline 50 the vic desides also, if he displays any gfx (with
badlines) on the screen or not.

or if you set $D011 to the extanded color mode (e.g #$5B) the byte, which is 
displayed in the area of the upper/lower border if you remove the border,
which is normaly located at pos $3FFF is on pos $39FF.

hmmm, there are lots more of things, which could be improved .....
(also the priority between sprites and gfx are not 100% correct)

so, I am looking forward to see the next version of the c64s.....
